Thousands of immigrants could benefit from Supreme Court ruling, lawyers say

A Supreme Court ruling is allowing that some illegal immigrant criminals could be released from jail and not be deported by the trump administration. Some of these offenses include some minor sexual assaults, kidnapping crimes, and burglaries in some states. But other crimes such as rape, murder, and  other violent crimes they can still be deported. The lawyer states that the loopholes in the law need to be closed and fixed so that violent criminals can get the proper punishment. Lawyers charged with immigration fraud

A lawyer in queens was arrested along with his partner in Queens, New York for immigration fraud. They would lie in the applicants paperwork about their criminal history and stories of persecution. They were doing this between 2012 to 2017 and had around 180 applicants. Last year they were also accused to failure of paying $5 million dollars in MTA surcharges. Supreme Court Rejects Driver License

The state of Arizona got rejected by the Supreme Court to prevent undocumented immigrants that are in DACA to be able to receive their driver licenses. This is the second time that they tried to not allow undocumented immigrants licenses, but the Justices isn't going to listen and advices not to listen to the Trump administration. Trump is reportedly open to an immigration deal

President Trump is now considering to have a deal with the young DACA ( Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals)  immigrants, but he wants to charge them money in order for them to get residency. He will be using the money to build a wall. He also wants to limit the sponsorship of family member and remove the lottery visa system. President trump ended DACA when President Obama first implemented it. Ice immigration agents question and detain workers

Maggiano’s is a famous Italian restaurant all over the United States and a few weeks ago Ice agents went to the restaurant in Los Angeles to question employees about their citizenship. The allegations were denied at first but one courageous employee came and told eatery, which is a website, that there was ice agents in the restaurant and that they were questioning multiple employees for an uncertain amount of time about their citizenship. The also stated that since Donald trump has been in office, activity with ice agents has increased a lot. Senators reach immigration deal on Dreamers

A group of senators got together to try and fight for the citizenship of the dreamers while President Donald Trump is still eager to build the border. They came up with one proposal on Wednesday and three more for Thursday which they hope it will pass. But on the other hand President trump advises that they don't pass any demands that will conflict with any of his future plans. Sweden cracks down on illegal immigrants

Sweden was a nation that was tolerant with immigrants, but after a failed attempt to capture an asylum seeker killer that killed five people they been sending employers about illegal immigrants. Sweden wants to deport illegal immigrants in order to avoid another tragedy. Last may police conducted a massive raid and caught nine illegal immigrants and 40 of them escaped.
